UPDATE: Jun. 30, 2023, 3:45 p.m. EDT This list has been updated with the latest fitness deals ahead of Prime Day 2023.

Hoofing it to the local gym forcibly fell off during lockdown two summers ago. For many of us, it never made a comeback.

If you're still firmly in your "working out at home" era, July is a great month to score fitness equipment on sale to continue building that home gym. Fourth of July sales almost always overlap with the early-to-mid July time frame that Amazon has carved out for its annual Prime Day event, which takes place on July 11 and 12 in 2023.

We've perused these Fourth of July and early Prime Day sales to compile a running list of the best fitness deals, from actual equipment like indoor exercise bikes and treadmills to Apple Watches to massage guns. We'll be updating the list regularly through the end of Prime Day —so if Peloton has a sale, you'll find it here.

Note: All newly added deals are marked with a ✨, while deals with a 🔥 have dropped to an all-time low price.

Our top pick

Why we like it

ProForm's premium indoor cycling bike isn't much cheaper than a Peloton at full price. But at more than half off during ProForm's Fourth of July sale, you could buy one for yourself and one for a friend for less than the price of one $1,445 Peloton. The Studio Bike Pro features a 22-inch touchscreen (the same as a Peloton) where you can access a huge library of trainer-led content from biking to strength training to yoga classes.

Why buy a whole set of dumbbells when you can just buy one? The Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells can be adjusted to 15 different weights, saving you a ton of space in your home gym.
